Had a new Rock door fitted by Astley Glass, and we would highly recommend them for doing a good job and cleaning up after themselves.

From start to finish our experience with Astley glass has been awful. At installation they measured wrong on one window and got the wrong glass for the bathroom window - twice. The woodwork around the doors and windows is so poor that some have had to been redone. There is mould around the frame in the back door and the seals on our bedroom window are already going. The doors are draughty and too high for the floor, people trip on them all the time. There is rust along the seams of 2 of the windows. The panels were falling off the sides if the windows and mismatched sealant used in the two back windows. Honestly I could keep going there is an issue with every aspect of the work they did. They have been so far unresponsive and we are now ready to take further action. Do not recommend. At. All.Edit : following the response from Astley Glass we have still not been contacted regarding the problems. I'm pretty sure this review wasn't even read since they were more concerned with their reputation than sorting out the problems. This only goes to show what poor customer service they provide.

Chose Astley Glass because they fitted our windows a few years ago. We had a new front door fitted. Tracey wasExtremely helpful helping us chose our door, glass and fittings. Vince fitted the door and cleaned up all the mess. A very professional job. Many thanks to Tracey, the door looks great and many thanks to Vince for a great job. I would highly recommend this company.
