We booked a coach yesterday and today for a school trip to Scarborough. Paul our first driver could not have been more helpful. The coach was immaculately clean and on time. Kev our driver today was equally helpful and we were able to tailor our trip to meet the needs of the children. Wonderful service and will definitely book again with Pullman

Driving on the M62 to Leeds on Saturday, 30th September 2023 approx. 3pm, a York Pullman coach started tooting his horn behind us, undertaking, weaving in and out of lanes, speeding etc, basically driving erratically.Personally there is no way I would board one of their coaches after witnessing this standard of driving.the

Got a replacement train service late night on 22/04/23 from Harrogate to York, the driver was professional and courteous even in the face of a needlessly angry customer who was threatening to complain. Good work Nameless bus driver, thank you very much rescuing us!

Driver helped me out, having broken down on the 13/07/23 in the middle of a busy road A1237 with no hazards as my car was completely dead, one of your drivers very kindly came to the rescue by stopping, which stopped the traffic rushing past and with the help of another motorist pushed my car off to the side of the road, for which I can't thank him enough.

I hired this wonderful open top 1960s bus for my son's wedding and it was absolutely perfect for transporting 24 guests up to Ravenscar for photos and back to the Scarborough Town Hall for the ceremony. The driver and attendant were incredible throughout, ensuring guests could cross the road safely and adhere to social distancing and chatting to the guests!! They then returned us home via the scenic route along the seafront. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Thank you York Pullman Bus Co - I will certainly recommend you.

I was making my way to the motorway in my lorry and a silver merc sprinter tried to cut me up and did not make it I almost ripped the front end of the van off i would not use this company for my dog disgusting driving only a young lad has he even got a license???

Used their services after the races on Saturday. I, unfortunately, left my phone on one of their busses, however, they found it and took great care of it. Not only that, but when I came to pick it up they gave me a ride in a vintage bus which was a great experience. Thoroughly rate this company, very friendly people as well.
