I love this shop us usually go in to buy kids presents but had never got furniture there. Needed an extra sofa.. Bought the Swyft 01 two seater. Although the exact sofa I wanted online wasn’t there to try, the staff showed me the 01 chair and another sofa of the same dimensions so between the chair and the other sofa I got a good idea of the size and feel of it. Needed to check it was big enough to lie on! They were so courteous and helpful, had tape measures & advice and placed the order quickly for me. It arrived very quickly. Great value, happy customer!

I asked Matthew and Oscar to restore an attractive old desk that I'd purchased cheaply but turned out to need much TLC to mitigate decades of wear and tear. Oscar did a really good job on it, relining the drawers, correcting the runners and repolishing it so that it gleams as though it were new. It's a pleasant surprise to find craftsmen who work to a standard in London to-day. Definitely good guys!

After looking at endless awful sofabeds, someone recommend the Swyft Model 08. I wasn't going to buy something without seeing it, so came here to take a look. I'd never been in before, though had gone past many time. The shop itself is a treasure trove, full of gorgeous furniture. And the staff could not have been more helpful. Loved the size, look and comfort of the sofabed, and it looks great in my room!

A surprise find! The shop does not look anything special on the outside but it’s a different world inside which stretches to a greenhouse part which sells all kinds of gardening-related gifts and even a basement that stocks all kinds of furniture.This shop sells all kinds of gifts you could ever think of - from toys and board games to candles and jewellery, not to mention books and stationeries. Literally it has something for everyone and it’s like doing a treasure hunt whenever I’m visiting the shop.

This is one of my favourite shops in London! Great for beautiful cards, plants and toys. We also bought a Swyft sofa bed from here which is very comfy and so easy to convert to a bed!

We love coming to this store and finding presents or unique home decoration, we just bought this sofa which arrived promptly, we were able to try it out in the store and see all the material swatches and get feedback from the staff. Despite some issues with fabric availability which was solely the problem caused by Swyft (sofa manufacturer), the ladies at AfterNoah were incredibly helpful, particularly Flossie who kept us updated throughout the entire process, highly recommend coming here

I go there before Christmas every few years as it is such a lovely shop to look around. even if you don’t buy anything you come out feeling better than when you went in as it’s so enchanting. It does get very busy at times but people are polite and swim around each other well.

Have just bought a swyft08 sofa bed through After Noah. I decided to buy through the shop rather than swyft website and I’m so glad I did. They matched all the online discounts, but helped me through the selection process and made it all more personal. There then was an actual person for me to track the delivery with as I waited for the sofa to be made. The lead times are very short and the sofa was delivered when it was supposed to be. Only a few weeks after I ordered. It looks amazing and is so reasonable in price. But definitely buy through the shop - and it supports our High St! Here’s a photo. It looks great in situ.
