Strange how new council houses on fishmoor drive and Roman road recently built have never been advertised neither on B with us or together housing, but are allocated.... wondering if there is some preference from council and b with us staff to their family and friends?

Impossible to get 1 bedroom property for age 43 year old . Each time I placed a bid im pushed further down the line from position 4 to over 100 . Been for over 3 years now .I have taken screenshot of all my bids and I'm showing these to the council as proof

You should be ashamed of yourselfI've had enough of this, you have a simple job to go trough application forms and update the system but you chose to ignore the job you are being paid to do.Its been over a year now since my band should be changed even by your own band policies. You are playing with peoples life's and livelihood's here. You should be ashamed of yourself as an organisation to help people in need.

Your lettings policy is an absolutely a joke. Governments for years have been going on about family values. Family starts with the matriarch who olds the family together. Have a severely special needs grandson who's mother needs respite OVERNIGHT care. With your letting policy and you have the monoply over all housing association properties in my area I've no chance of helping my family. Would give no star but cannot post without

Not great...It would appear if you lie about cohabiting and you cheat the benefits system you're on a winner. If your honest you have no chance. There was a cat wandered in from next door on one of the only 2 viewings we've had in 6 months and it had more chance of getting a property as the only other family that turned up were 2 parents and a child for a 3 bed property.

Had months of stress with threatening behaviour off neighbours nothing was done other then a letter sent to him, for my door booted in tried to contact the housing officer to be told she’ll ring me back in a few days which never happen. I’m 9’weeks away from having a baby living in a top flat with no fire exit and dangerous stairs that I told them I would struggle with getting in and out with a baby and a pram. Would keep carrying on but as long as the rents paid for they don’t bother. Looking for other properties as they’re hopeless and I’ve given up trying

We have been bidding for over 4 years & have been with b with us 8 years. All suitable housing never been offered to us. Couple that was offered was not ideal for my child who has disability. I understand there is a high demand for those houses. Who is prioritised for these houses? Same houses we bid for was given to people from other areas and towns. If we were to rocate, we would have to leave the job and be unemployed and start all over again with job and kids schools. Where is the logic in prioritising others who are not from this area/town over people already live here and have stable life, job and schooling. We have been with be with us for such a long time, how much longer do we have to wait until we become priority? Surely there is something wrong with the system?
