I’ve been using Sally now off and on for over 2 years when I first had experience of excruciating lower back pain. She was excellent and if it wasn’t for her , I’d still be having problems. I can thoroughly recommend her for any types of injuries albeit back pain or otherwise.

I have been regularly using Hythe Therapy Services for a couple of years now, primarily to manage lower back pain and to keep my calves in check so I can remain active. Sally does a brilliant job. Not only does she fix the problem but provides advice and guidance in respect of preventative measures, stretching techniques and nutrition. Highly recommended as far as I am concerned.

I have been working with Sally for 4 years while playing for Hythe & Dibden. During this time, Sally has helped and treated knocks I have picked up after games, advise on how to treat injury's, and programs to get myself back to full fitness after a serious knee injury. I would have no hesitation recommending her and her services.

I first met Sally when a previous employer organised some sports massage sessions and have been seeing her since! Sally has been a huge help in aiding me with my recovery from weight lifting, mixed martial arts and sitting in front of a computer.What's more, Sally's experience and expertise when it comes to all things therapy has also helped a close relative of mine. Being kind and compassionate, while being genuinely opened minded puts Sally above the rest!Google doesn't have enough stars - Sally and Hythe Therapy Services get a full 10/10 from me!

Sally, has worked on a number of sporting injuries I have suffered from calf and thigh strains to deep bruising to my shoulder. She has been professional and worked wonders. I couldn't recommend her highly enough. Superb.

I've had been suffering from with chest pains for nearly two years not knowing what it could b.after seeing Sally it turns out it was my back causeing my chest pain. I've only had five sessions and all ready feel so much better . She is very professional and highly knowledgeable and what she does I would highly recommend her.

I found Sally’s details on the web and contacted her reference lower back pain. She slotted me in very quickly and I had a full hour of massage. As a novice of sports massage, it is a wee bit painful at times as she works the effected areas. I woke the next day, feeling like I’d done an intensive work out. Areas of my back were very sore. However the next morning my back felt amazing.I would highly recommend Sally, she is very professional and knows her stuff.
