Rude staff, food always understocked (pastries often unavailable even before afternoon...). Dirty - often staff possessions lying on the counter where hot food is passed over.Not a nice place, particularly staff who should be replaced.

Excellent food, brilliant service, clean building, nice selection of sandwiches cakes and pastries. Good selection of coffees hot chocolates and teas, really nice shop quite a bit of seating, lovely place to sit down and relax and enjoy a nice cuppa, highly recommended sausage rolls, really enjoyed my time in this shop highly recommended and give it a visit

If I could give no stars I would. It seemed like a real effort for the server to be there. The coffee was the worst I have ever tasted and the place was absolutely filthy even though it was only 11am. Won’t be going there again!

I was in Gregg's yesterday around about 1pm and I had bought some food and sat down and after eating it I tried the toilet door and it was locked and as I had just tried it a woman working in Gregg's came over and said in a very stern voice, can you not see the notice on the door saying toilet closed, she came across very aggressive, I am not very happy as I felt be littled and made to feel small, I hope karma hits and she realises that she's not any more important than I am

Dirty place sat down food was left on floor . I had to ask staff to clean floor . Elsewhere in the shop ,was litter and crumbs by stools where people had been eating. A DIRTY HOLE .Also the Woman's toilet was out of order . Don't and won't be visiting GREGGS LUDLOW again
