This has to be the worst company, in my experience, I have dealt with. Took 4 months for them to get their act together to install our rear gutter which was not done at time of installation, even though it was paid for. Their responsiveness is non existent, with no reply to email, phone calls or texts. Very unprofessional. When I called and finally got hold of someone, I was told that the gutter was repaired, the guy insisting that this was the case. Yes roofers had been out numerous times but for various reasons couldn’t finish the job, leaving the old gutter hanging off the roof. II had to tell him that I had opened a case with Trading Standards (which I had done) as they were not responding to us. This has caused untold stress to my husband and myself. I said that it was to be done by 17th or I would follow up the case. Of course it was done today. We’re looking to have more work done, but will never use Skyline again.

Started off well. Got quote and work started within a week. Issues started once they claimed the work was completed. Despite being quoted for ALL my lead flashing to be replaced they have not done any of this yet was charged for this. 2 days after they left found a leak. Came out and apparently fixed this. 3 days after found another leak and again came out to fix this. After a further week I found another leak however this time I keep getting told they will get someone out but after nearly 7 weeks of trying they have still failed to do this. Had someone else come out to inspect the work today and they knew the problem straight away, at the ridge between my house and neighbour they have not covered the gap properly so water is running down into my loft, what they should have done is put in new lead flashing as they were paid to do so but this did not happen. Now they are not answering my calls and have still failed to rectify the issues. I would not recommend using this company based on my experience and quality of the work. Seems they only want money and no consern for the customer. Apparently i have a 10 year guarentee but given it has not even been 8 weeks and getting this hastle then doubt it is worth the paper it is written on. I would have been better keeping in the old 100 year old roof.

Just got solar panels due to electricity prices shooting up, the guys who were out were amazing and install was done in a full day.I already notice the difference in our electricity bill in 2 months!We would recommend the skyline group.

I had recently got my windows and roof done from skyline group. I was extremely happy with the end result. From the beginning to end, they kept me up to date with the process and was more than happy with my products. I would highly recommend this company. DO NOT in any circumstances use this company, if you want more leaks than you started with, then go ahead, if you look at the other bad reviews and then go ahead and book them, you deserve to be ripped off, they will do a terrible job and totally ignore your phone calls and hope you go away. I had to have a reputable company remove the whole roof and have it done properly, they are now being took to court for the full amount paid and the cost for a new roof fitted professionally, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Recently used this company to fix a leak in my roof. Jon and Kieran were very polite and professional and even treated the problem as urgent due to the time of year with the bad weather coming in and got the job done within a few days. Would highly recommend this company and will definitely use again for any future repairs or installs.

Survey on Tuesday, job completed on Friday, very happy customer on Saturday.

Found Skyline online. Needed my roughcasting removed and then pebbledashed. Phoned on the monday,Jim the sales/ rep was out on the Tuesday. He was very pleasant and they were no hard sale pitch. We discussed what was need, my choices regarding what colour of pebbledash available. Agreed on price and work required.Kevin the rough caster was out to see me on the Thursday to see what was required regarding scaffolding etc.Got phoned by Greg from the office later that day telling me the scaffolding would go up on the Monday, work started Tuesday and the lads were finished by Friday. All workers were professional and pleasant, they done a great job.Greg fro the office was always on call and phoned me every day to check on progress. Great company, would highly recommend. This company a joke had our roof done in December we were happy with it but since then we have few problems . They promise to come out never do. Don't phone when they say they will. They say 25 year guarantee but tht is laughable not worth paper its printed on. Stay away from them once you pay your hard earned money they are gone .

We were extremely pleased with all the external work that Skyline performed for us. We were given a schedule of works to be done and how each part of the job was to be done. Must admit we were sceptical of the time when work was to start and finish but true to their word Skyline completed everything (reming render from building, mesh and plaster and roucasting) to our detached two storey house within one week. The workmen worked very hard throughout the whole procedure and tidied up as they went along. We were amazed at how everything was handled in a professional way and the exterior of the building has received many compliments from our neighbours. We highly recommend Skyline to anyone who's seeking to do work on their house. They proved to us they are the best.
