Rude and stupid people working there! Missed item from my order, when I called a regular staff member answered after three missed calls. When I asked for my missing item being Coleslaw she said pick it up tomorrow". I asked with what? How about a goodwill guesture. Idiot couldn't understand English so hung up on me. Then I called a further 20 times

Only one staff member in there who is friendly. The rest are completely rude and like to joke around and be rude to customers. Absolutely awful customer service. Food is usually cold too.

This was my first time here and the food was horrible..the chicken in the zinger burger was not cooked at all, the fris were stale and had an odd taste.. i orderd today 28.04.23 at around 1:15pm, order number 4035.

So disappointed in this place, no where near to other KFCs, always soggy and oily chicken and the chips is always half portion, max 10 chip in there

Ordered on just eat mighty bucket for one. On arrival my meal was handed to me it bits as the paper bag had split open. Before I could hand it back the delivery person had gone. On looking at the contents the chips were cold and soggy where the cold drink was on then the rest was warm and edible. Extremely disappointed with the service and delivery.

Ordered 4 meals from this branch just before midday 04/05/2023 through UBER. Chicken was 100% not freshly cooked today. Order has stuff missing and when we phoned the branch they hanged up and stopped answering.Why would you serve paying customers chicken cooked last night?????

Order No. 2041The staff were very friendly and also gave me 2 extra hot wings due to delay in fillet burgers (5 mins). The cashiers made me feel very welcome and happy.I would recommend this KFC to others as the staff are very polite but also the food is very fresh.
