I’m a loyal customer of Starbucks and when visiting the original stores in Worcester I love the friendly approach. So today I visited the new store in shrub hill and loved the counter staff. But then the manager came out on to the floor, the situation then changed. I would never shout at staff on the shop floor when there are customers in the store. No matter how many customers are in this is never a good thing to do. As a manager you’re there to represent Starbucks and the holding company that owns this franchise. Next time can I suggest if a member of staff explains they don’t know how to do something you don’t obviously be little them in front of staff and customers and either explain calmly or explain out of ear shot of customers

What a joke don't tack money only card and thay let you order then tall you a small card next to till that you can not see to say card only need to put on door

As a user of many Starbucks it was refreshing to visit this new store. However there appears to be no overall management of staff or premises. The background music in any establishment should be at a reasonable level but here far too loud quieter at a concert people have to shout in their conversations. All of the staff are very young and act so chatting snd looking on their phones whilst customers are left waiting especially at weekends. Premises and quality of beverages excellent with nice modern decor. Just needs management responsibility to review customer experience.Air conditioning also on full too fierce. This could be a great place
