Naomi House & Jacksplace North End charity shop

A good charity shop. Reasonable prices, a good variety of stock and really pleasant staff.

Shop re-opens Tues 23rd June. All items electrostaticly cleaned for staff and volunteer safety.

Great shop with wide range of items and clothing. All for a brilliant cause too.

Lovely place with lots of bargains and so cheap. Quality stuff too.

Be aware, this charity shop does not accept donations of books. The manager also told me he'd also rejected a collection of 500 DVDs that someone had tried to donate. Sold for a pound each that could have been £500 for this charity. I was surprised to say the least.

i’m really upset this was a £1 clothes shop, this was the best shop ever i told all my friends and family about it. when i got my first ever job if it wasn’t for this shop i wouldn’t have had any interview or smart work clothes to wear, i was able to make a couple of outfits with under £10.I went today and it’s changed clothes from £2, i didn’t see this when i went in and bought a few items (they weren’t labelled either with prices, i always check as a few things like coats are) so i wouldn’t think that they weren’t not £1 anymore) i got to the till and it came to £14 for a mug and 3 items of clothing :( no point coming here now compared to other places as other stuff like bric a brac are expensive usually

Used to love this shop but the manager Eve, the mixed race lady is incredibly rude and patronising, puts me off going in here. The way she speaks & interacts with customers is shocking. The tall blonde haired lady on the other hand is so lovely and incredibly helpful, always a pleasure seeing her in the shop! Such a shame about the manager because overall good prices & quality!

Very rude casher lady.Been today with kids.The black lady was very rude with us.I use to donate there.Now I ll not even go in again..Sad

Nice mix of items, clothes are reasonably priced ,all the others items bric a brac ,bikes ,bags homewhere etc are massively overpriced......shame as they had some nice bits but have out priced themselves.
