The staff here really knew what it takes to give good customer service. My wife cracked her phone screen and from the get go the guy who served us told us what it would cost and why. After a bit of friendly haggling we agreed on a price and he told us it would be ready in a couple of hours. Came back and true enough it was fixed. He even made a big fuss of my toddler, which she loved and gave her a little phone accessory which she is still playing with as I write this. Excellent service would 100% recommend to anyone

I had a smashed screen and took it to this repair shop. They replaced it with a counterfeit part (I could tell because the screen was a different color) and charged me the full price for it. In the process, they also broke my microphone since screens and microphones are integrated as the same part. When I complained, they told me they couldn't fix it. Honestly, I feel scammed by them and now I have a phone that no one else wants to touch because of the poor job they did. I strongly advise against going to this repair shop.

We have been to lots of different phone shops and have found the Repair Station to be the best. The staff there go above and beyond, their service, can't seem to do enough for you, very polite, helpful and on occasions give discounts to loyal customers such as us . we wouldn't go anywhere else as always good value for money and service with a smile .
