James was an absolute legend. He fitted me in on the same day to fix an emergency I had with the hot tub. Him being able to get to me so quickly also saved potential further issues. He was a great bloke and nothing was too much trouble. I would 100% recommend him for all your hot tub servicing and repairs. Well done keep up the great work.

These guys were absolutely Above & Beyond for me! Not only delivered my Jacuzzi but gave it a full service and advised me on how to keep it clean and give it the best life. As always a fabulous service from James at Spa Simple - spa serviced cleaned and topped up with chemicals. James spotted that one of my waterfall jets was running slower than the others and adjusted that. Always good for tips and advice on managing my spa - couldn’t be happier. Bought the spa from him and really happy with it and after sales service is excellent - would absolutely recommend to anyone who wants to buy a spa or have their spa maintained.
