I loved my dress! It was perfect for my special day. The only thing that knocked down my star rating was they recommended a dry cleaner to make the alterations who didn’t really fill me with confidence. I went elsewhere and was soooo happy with the outcome.

I visited a couple of weeks ago - very unnassuming shop from the outside. I have to say I wasn't expecting the service that I received. I thought you would just go in, have a rummage through some rails, pick out some dresses and try them on with the assistance of your own entourage. I was very pleasantly surprised you got the very same treatment as that wedding dress show on TLC :-) Courtney was BRILLIANT!!!! Dawn was the icing on top. I would recommend anyone to go here to buy a dress as the prices are very reasonable. Please note that you do have to pay for little extras such as a hanger, dress bag, and box etc which will obviously bump up the total price but prices are still competitive.5*

The atmosphere of the store was lovely and very friendly and obviously, there were a wide variety of wedding dresses available for every taste.I have been followed by Chloe on my appointment.She was absolutely amazing during my first wedding dress fitting! She made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped into the store, and her expertise and guidance helped me a lot. Her patience and professionalism were truly unmatched, and I cannot thank her enough for making this experience so memorable and enjoyable.

The service here was simply impeccable. I can't thank Elouise enough for being so helpful and honest throughout the day (a very busy one at that!) She kept us updated at all times and helped me find the perfect dress. Another lady did help me too who was also very lovely, sorry I can't remember her name. They even stayed later to make sure I was served fully and I never felt pressure to rush so a huge thank you to all in the store. It really made my experience a memorable one

We went to the shop for my friend the lady who assisted us -Chloe- was amazing. She did her job with great love and attention to dealing. She was not pushy and was very experienced. The price are fair and the dresss are very beautiful. Highly recommend this store.

Want to thank all the lovely women in the Bromley store, but mostly Laverne and Eloise for their time and help in choosing a dress, they made the experience so easy and comfortable. Picked out an amazing, beautiful dress and accessories, including a gorgeous long veil (which I thought would not look right on me as I'm short) soo glad I let them talk me into trying it as it was perfect and just completed the dress. Packaging is amazing, would 100% recommend this shop and rate them a deserved 5 stars.

I didn't find my dream dress here. But the whole experience was really great. The staff were so lovely and we were given so much time, space and support as a group. We will definitely be back for bridesmaid dresses nearer the time as they were beautiful and looked really great on the three bridesmaids despite different body types.

I had a lovely experience here - the staff were really friendly and supportive (particularly Courtney, who helped me in and out of my options) and it was great to be able to try on as many styles as I liked. Really fantastic customer service - I would highly recommend this shop.

I said yes to the dress, a of couple weeks ago at wed2be and I couldn’t be happier! I had the BEST experience trying on and choosing my dress. From the spacious dressing rooms, to the lush carpet and A/C in the right spot. Janice was my assistant and she was so patient and calm whilst assisting me, qualities which really helped me to stay cool andDawn was ever so welcoming and friendly. The team didn’t give up until I found the one I wanted. I will treasure this memory for ever ladies. Thank you so much for helping me to find my dream dress and for making the experience so wonderful.Vanessa x
