Rice was stone cold, burger wasn’t cooked throughout rock solid on the outside , the buffalo wings where pink (still raw) only nice thing about it was the Pepsi normally food is spot on

Poor service which came over an hour resorting to cold food. Only best service i got was the respectful lady who was understanding on the phone. We'd agreed to another order free of charge and made for me next day, which id included could her boss speak to me about the events that'd happened because it has become reoccurring and i have the companies best interest. She said as he was working in the kitchens he would have to get in contact with me personally as it was busy, on top of that he backtracked on the free meal and offered me 10%. This left me disappointed as i've supported the business since the day they opened and recommended over 10 people in my area to support them. He failed to ring me which shows the lack of customer service and support they will give back.

Ordered 2 days in a row now, the food is that good! Probably going to order tomorrow aswell. You can tell the food is made fresh to order, and still arrives hot when delivered, amazing! Also the girl on the phone was super helpful and made ordering very easy! Highly recommend ordering from here.

The best smash burger I’ve had in Leeds, possibly the best I’ve had in the UK. The patty and bun were served to perfection, nothing I would change. Hot fiery is the one I got and I’ll be coming back for more cos whatever sauce they put on this burger left me craving for another one, or maybe two! Make sure you get the firecracker sauce to compliment the fries/other sides you get, you will NOT regret it. Also I did a collection order through their website and got 15% off, can’t go wrong

I am so glad The Grill Co is back! Been waiting for your grill chicken since lock down. Hands down the Best Grill chicken in Leeds. For those Nando’s lovers, wait until you try The Grill Co, you might change your mind.And those Phat Fries, don’t get me wrong they are big portion. But they are not enough for me and my wife (who never eat and frieze). Next time I will get two portions for sure.

Thought I’d make myself useful and help the general population on making an informative decision… swing by and try The Grill Co. The food is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended. Only place in Leeds that does an actual smash burger!
