Use 'The Vinyl Guys' Twice now and both time recieved a great service. Very responsive and helpful. They helped me to get to the right design for what i wanted to achieve and got them sent out to me very fast. Top service.

OMG - How amazing are Alex and Carl. - i had some major issues with my Roland BN20, I contacted them after being let down by my previous supplier and they were quick to respond to everything, we drove up from London to Stafford with our machine, there was an issue with the replacement part so we could not bring it back with us, but Alex pushed and got a new replacement, Carl Fixed and delivered the machine back to us and made sure was all working 100% again - I honestly cannot recommend or thank them enough - nothing was too much trouble and they went above and beyond all expectations. We will now be getting all our services and support from them going forward.

I'd waited over a year for my new electric van to be delivered and I knew the only place to have the art work added, would be with Al and his team at Vinyl Guys. I sent Al some rough drawings of what I had planned and his advice was brilliant- I was so pleased with the final drawings. We drove from Bedfordshire to Stafford this morning and were greeted by coffee and access to WIFI. The whole experience has been amazing and I am genuinely so chuffed with the vinyl work. A massive, thank you from Azzurri Electrical!!!!

An amazing service from start to finish! We emailed after having a problem with our Roland machine and not only did we get a quick reply email. We were given in depth free advice to try out before even paying for any service. The service on our machine was cheaper than anywhere else and when Carl turned up he was very professional and answered any questions we had. Great service and great business to work with. We will be working with The Vinyl Guys for the foreseeable future.

Very easy to deal with - the Vinyl Guys are extremely knowledgeable and were able to diagnose my issue. Not only that but they helped me try and fix it myself before I needed to call them out. When I did call them out Carl arrived exactly when stated, fixed the problem and was incredibly helpful, answering my questions that were not to do with the problem but just general questions about the machine and how to use it.

Carl is an absolute hero !!Could not be more helpful.Talks through everything you need to know and what he is doing.I had issues with my LEF 300. he knew exactly where to look. 100% trust this guy.Tried to help me fix it myself before coming out, which is rare.I can not recommend Carl enough, nice guy as well.

Great guys always really helpful! No ask is ever too big. They will help with everything if they can!The stickers and sign that I have had from the vinyl guys are such high quality they’re amazing! I definitely keep coming back for them! Always done super quickly and delivered quick as well!

took my printer in to be serviced.the whole team was really helpfull and friendly.Carl explained in detail what the issues with my printer were and was more than happy to answer any question i had.will definatley be using them again.great company
