Worcester Boiler Repairs

My boiler broke down and a friend recommended this company to me.They were very reliable and promptly came out to me and had my boiler back up and running very quickly.One hundred per cent happy with the overall service, work and general compassion and care shown by the technician/repairman and I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.Thank you guys.

I thought my boiler had an electrical fault. I called out Mohan and Calvin. Mohan kept calling me ‘Ma’am’ which was lovely but made me feel like an old queen. They discovered the boiler needed a new pump and my radiators were blocked with rust. Then they smelled gas!! I hadn’t noticed. Turned out the gas pipe behind my cooker was leaking. They replaced and soldered the pipe. At one point I heard Calvin getting grief from another customer because they spent so long with me. They were total heroes. Thank you guys.

The dynamic duo reminded me of Batman and Robin. They were professional and found the fault within minutes. Took the time to explain the issues with me and gave me options to get the boiler restated. Would definitely recommend them and will be using them again.

Amazing service! I contacted them after 7pm on Friday as our WorcesterBosh boiler wouldn't turn on. They promised to come within 2hrs. Around 9pm they came. Promptly identified the problem. Unfortunately they lacked the part we needed. They reassured us that they will get it tomorrow and fix the boiler. On SATURDAY (!!!!!) morning they were in touch with me to say that they got the part and came within half an hour and fixed the boiler. Mike and Cavin are incredibly friendly, polite and professional! They are super hardworking and nothing is too difficult for them. They checked all our gas system before they left so we knew that we are gas safe.I can recommend them to any household and professional landlords as well.

Mike was fantastic. Can tell he is a very experienced boiler engineer as he quickly diagnosed the problem. Saved us from carbon monoxide poisoning thank God! He drove over an hour the same day to get the parts and boiler was sorted within 24 hrs. Will be calling him for my regular service going forward.

Had the parts on them and did a professional job, explaining everything as they went. Very polite - Wore masks, took off shoes when they came in and cleaned up after themselves. Will use them for my next service.
