Jack managed my planning application with a calm professional attitude, he is exceptionally knowledgeable on all planning matters. The council involved were being very difficult and having supported our application for 18 months changed their mind the night before committee meeting to refusal. Jack calmly advised on matters that I found stressful and organised the appeal, keeping me positive throughout the whole process. We celebrated when the appeal was upheld by the planning inspector and now I look forward to Jack helping with the next stage of preparation to commence building. I can hearty recommend Wilkinson planning.
