Payed a visit today to be told I wasn’t allowed in the store because I’m exempt and can’t wear a mask because it’s the ‘rules of the boss’. I am absolutely disgusted, I’m positively sure this is illegal as it is discrimination because I am exempt.

What has happened to the staff? We must have been one of the first shoppers after closer since COVID-19. The staff used to be so friendly & helpful. Not now! I couldn’t find something in the shop & asked where I’d find it. It was a member of the public that helped me, not the staff. Could’ve wait to get rid of us.Shame I really liked shopping here before. I guess it’s back to Shrewsbury and Salon Services, Castle Forgegate for me.

I also use the Telford store for my supplies.The staff are always friendly (Lisa and Fay) & helpful if a product isn’t in stock they go out of their way to locate it or let me know when it’s arrived.I would recommend the store ☺️
