Had a very abrupt and rude staff member at the till. I went to claim my electric voucher as I read on the letter that they were a pay point. I asked politely if I could action the voucher and she didn’t say a word and spoke into her headphone asking someone if they still process them. She snapped back following the answer received saying they don’t do it anymore because of fraudulent issues they have received before. I responded saying okay no problem but it’s worth mentioning that the electric company is still advertising you - just you let you know. At least that was all I wanted to say before she cut me off and said we don’t do it due to fraud and said thank you goodbye. I have never been spoken to by such an obnoxious, rude person. I honestly was only trying to be nice and inform them. I am a regular shopper at this coop and received good service before, however, this experience has left a sour taste. I understand the reasoning but the service I received was appalling

Good parking, free use cash machine, great range of products. Friendly staff.

Popped in for milk, which was lovely and cold. The store was lovely and cool. So all the food in the store is being kept at a great temperature.

Good range of products on offer, reasonable prices, friendly service and self checkout when the place is too busy to queue.

Order came then found out it was wrong hit send back and one hasn’t come back with ares

Co-op obviously not the cheapest place to grab stuff from but its quite convenient from the prom when we watch the fireworks. They do have some good deals. Theres a wheelchair ramp for inclusive access
