The facilities are fantastic, clean, organised and very well setup within regards to the COVID-19 measures.Drinks are varied and acceptable price and quality.However the food is poor. This is a nicety.I got a chicken burger that was £5.95. it was lukewarm at best. The quality of the ingredients were the cheapest available, minced breaded chicken burger, not big enough to fill the bun (£0.80 at best), bun (£0.14), a chunk of tomato cut with a teaspoon. Luck if it cost more than £1.20. If paying more than this to make, then there is a fundamental lack of effort. So a huge mark up!Chips so cold the cheese didn't melt on them.The children's pack lunches where awful, poor sandwiches wrapped in a piece of cling film with only one side of the bread buttered, a poor effort for £5.It is a beautiful cafe, loads of space, no competition, in a perfect location and it is producing such poor quality, over priced food! The hospitality industry is on its knees begging to open and one of those can open are producing this awful offer.Pack lunch next time for us!

Wendover Woods Cafe
Recently revamped cafe in Wendover Woods. The old shed/lodge that was the previous cafe (which itself had a charm) has now been replaced by a lovely designed building that has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating to rest weary feet and grab a bite to eat or a coffee and a cake.There is a wide range of food and specials available from the cafe as well as cakes and coffee. There is no table service, you order in the cafe but food will be brought out to you. Prices are similar to what a coffee chain may charge for food and drinks (a flat white is £2.40 at the time of writing).To the right of the cafe is a children's play area which is great as you can sit and have a coffee whilst the kids climb and slide and you can still keep an eye on them.To the left of the cafe you can find the toilet blocks which again are clean. They also have two separate disabled/baby changing toilets.To conclude, the new cafe is a great revamp that further makes Wendover Woods a fantastic destination for a trip.

Great food, fantastic service, really good quality coffee and ingredients and a beautiful peaceful setting ( only interrupted by the two ladies who insisted everyone should listen to their conversation). Would definitely recommend

Nice cafe with nice outdoor terrace , friendly staff however the prices are very high for such a place. Bottle of water 2 pounds, burger 14. Sorry guys but prices are too high for the quality of the food

Hideously ugly cafe has replaced a lovely cafe that was once here. Why couldnt they have upscaled from what was there originally . Nasty cheap modern building that is totally out of place with its surroundings

Honestly, I really liked this cafe. It was really nice as soon as you walked in (and nice temperature too). I ordered a breakfast bap. It came SO SO quickly, taking about 5 mins to make. It was a little bit pricey, but worth it! The bap was AMAZING! I loved it so much and I would definitely come here again. The staff were nice which was good and the facilities were nice - it was very airy with lots of glass windows to look out over the trees.The reviews aren’t great for this but honestly, it’s very nice!

Worst hot chocolate ever, we actually threw most of them away. At £4.00 each you’d expect a proper hot chocolate….with milk, not water infused coco! Shame, because the food looked great. Hopefully they up their game for our next visit.

Wendover Woods Cafe
Well prepared simple food at decent prices. Handy for the nearby Hill Farm Campsite as well as the miles of forest trails. Walkable from Wendover Station, 2 - 4 miles or so. The Lumberjack breakfast was excellent, as was the coffee.
