This housing association is appalling a few weeks ago i was taking a £180 model kit out to spray paint on a small fold up table & this employee told me Get that back inside now" in an aggressive and intimidating tone

Pointless. They're based in Stafford but all properties are in Wolverhampton . In 4 years I've never seen a Stafford property.

Unfortunately I rent an apartment from south Staffs Housing authority, with care plus as a management company these companies along with others fall under the umbrella of housing plus group. But in reality they are one and they treat their tenants like “shit” they don’t listen or treat anyone with respect. I only stay because I’m disabled and it’s not easy to find suitable rental accommodation for disabled people! But unless you have to avoid retirement, assisted living as much as possible and steer clear of shared ownership it’s a con trust me! One star is more than they deserve if there was an option for zero I would of chosen that.

Sarah Boden should be ashamed of running such an outfit! If I were her I'd resign! Horrible company- they treat tenants like dirt. I received a letter from them last Friday 27th Jan because I'd had to reschedule my original gas service appointment from today Monday Jan 30th in the afternoon to next Monday Feb 6th in the morning . In the letter they stated they'd called to service the boiler and found no one in" bearing in mind the original appointment- booked by themselves- wasn't even scheduled until this afternoon and I'd already rescheduled it when they wrote that letter

Dreadful company. Treat any staff lower than management like trash and tenants not far behind that either! Better bring jobless than working here. Better being homeless, rather than HPG being your landlord. Shame you can't award 0 stars or minus

Complete waste of time take the rent but dont repair there propertys wont replace boiler which is leaking again damp black mould on wall in bedroom.
