Excellent service from here. Recommended. I was having issue with my builder who I commissioned to build my concrete base. (I wish had had just gone with Clayton to do the job lot, hindsight is a wonderful thing) It wasn’t right. I contact Clayton garages who were more than happy to come out several times to check and advise and approve the base.Clayton garages made a number of site visits at short notice to ensure that the base was correct.Once sorted, they were happy to change the spec of my garage at short notice, I had lots of questions, all answered. The garage was installed in no time.The chaps who erected it were courteous, professional and efficient and happy to discuss any questions even on the day. Lovely bunch of lads.In short a very happy customer. I only wished I had also asked for the base to also be installed by them.No complaints here. Thank you!

Rogue traders! Completed a concrete garage for my 80 year old mother in October 2023 and took full payment. Two days later the garage had leaked enough water to sink the Titanic! Got in touch with the company. When they eventually responded, they didn't send anyone out for 11 days. To remedy the issue they simply bolted a piece of wood under the garage door and smeared it in silicon. Really not a long term solution or useful given my mother walks with an aide and you can't easily drive a car into the garage over a raised piece of wood which was never going to stop water coming into the garage.Needless to say, this didn't remedy the issue and more rain led to ankle deep water in the garage rendering it unusable for storage or parking. Also damaged the concrete within the garage.Called/ emailed/wrote to the company. This time absolutely no response from them. Hence going through trading standards now.Very quick to answer calls when it can to collecting money from a pensioner but no answer when remedies are required. We Now will have to pay someone else to fix the issue.Avoid avoid avoid!Also trading as Clayton concrete garages just so you are aware.
