Absolutely poor customer service. It seems VFS is purely interested in making profit out of every customer. In regards to quality of service, communication, ambiance, customer satisfaction and delivery is the least of their priorities. My spouse went inside and waited for two hours for her turn. At the counter lady told her we can't accept your documents because you are lacking a few important documents. She asked her to bring those documents. When my spouse went back with the documents, staff told her to get a new ticket and wait in line again. It took her another two hours to be served. This is absolutely not fair policy. Staff literally had no idea what documents are primarily important and what is secondary supporting documents. She asked for her Birth certificate which is clearly not required by any country visa in the world.Staff at the entrance is security, receptionist and admin too. He clearly can't handle the crowd so he is rude. I don't blame him but VFS should organise this so the staff don't get over burdened by so many responsibilities where he forgets the primary concept of customer service.Utterly ridiculous and sluggish experience

My visit to VFS Manchester today for submitting the PCC form was a success, all thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Mr. Anish Mathew . Despite the initial incorrect update of my application, he maintained a high level of professionalism and offered me multiple chances to rectify the issue. Once I completed the form accurately, he provided immense support and guidance. I am truly grateful for his assistance and highly recommend him for his professional demeanor. He is an invaluable asset to the VFS Manchester team. Excellent job! I have yet to come across someone as remarkable as him, he is truly exceptional. He is an invaluable resource for the VFS team. I must admit that if someone else had been in his position, they may not have given me the opportunity to rectify my form.

I reached the VFS center(India) just before time and was given a token to enter. The receptionist - a man - was firm but fair and there was a lot of crowd to cater to, but he was trying his best. There is just very little space, too many people to manage, inadequate staffing and no good waiting area for people accompanying you - hence why I have to give 3 stars.I would also like to add that parents had to wait outside with their children/ babies in the cold rainy weather as they were not allowed to wait inside due to lack of space and some other things. I heard one of the employees telling the parent very rudely that they didn't have to bring their children for a new passport issue. I just wanted to let everyone know that it would be horrible having to wait in such a weather with your babies, so please take appropriate precautions.Mr. Kausthab Yadav dealt with my passport renewal - I would like to give him 5 stars for his service. He was professional and polite, unlike another person sitting next to him - who I am glad I didn't have to deal with. Mr. Yadav was very helpful and patient despite catering to a huge crowd - yet again I would like to think there is inadequate staffing with regards to the number of people who showed up for various purposes. There were just 2 counters for around 15 to 20 people or more, who all needed help with documents and the process itself and people were still arriving.I have been to different VFS centers in India - the staffing there is so much better and there are multiple counters and hence in comparison I think the services here are inadequate.

I visited the Manchester VFS centre last Monday for my Indian passport renewal, and I must say, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. The staff, especially Mr. Anish Mathew, were incredibly helpful throughout the process. Mr. Mathew took the time to explain and assist me with my passport renewal, making the entire procedure hassle-free. I greatly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to making my visit a positive one. However, it would be beneficial if the center could consider allowing companions of applicants to wait inside, especially during inclement weather. During my visit, the person accompanying me had to endure the cold weather outside while I completed the process.

I need to highlight the disgraceful service I encountered during my time in the UK by VFS Manchester:1. Blatant Discrimination: I booked the same time slot for my daughter and me. However, the officer decided we couldn't be seen together, which is ridiculous, especially when a (WHITE) family right before us was allowed to enter as a group. Why were they treated differently? Smells like discrimination to me.2. Electronic Birth Certificate Issue: Despite being in the digital age, the officer refused my daughter's e-issued birth certificate (still printed), demanding an original. How can I change my government system dude? He just threatened us with embassy rejection. Who does that?3. Marriage Certificate Drama: The officer made a fuss about needing a traditional" marriage certificate

Absolutely awful experience. I came 40 minutes before my appointment because I red reviews saying waiting time could be up to 2 hours. I was turned down with saying come not earlier then 20 minutes before you can get a ticket to your appointment. When arrived there was like 50 people in a waiting room with no ventilation , no windows open and not even water ! When tried to stop a lady just ask a question, i said: Excuse me"

Yesterday, I was expecting the worst experience compare to the reviews I read in here but it was the contrary. Lady working at counter 2 for Malta Visa was very kind and pleasant, and everything is finished so quickly when it is my turn. My husband had the same experience 4 days earlier as well. Many thanks to her, much appreciated. The only 2 things I can complain is waiting room is in quite bad condition, no air/ventilation, not enough spaces to sit, considering that there are many people inside, it was like a big incubator with some people sneezing and coughing. And the second thing is when your appointment is at 11:00 (and you arrive 15 minutes before) you expected to be start with your visa processing at the the same time but it is first come first serve" policy and I had to wait 45 minutes until it is my turn. Otherwise I would have give 5 stars."

Our experience here is very poor. The processing was very slow compared to other VFS office we’ve been to. We waited 3 hours and still we have not called. The receptionist (black guy) was not helpful. His behavior was very rude and unproachable. We went to him a couple of times to know why we waited more than 3 hrs but seemed uninterested to help. He only told us to wait until our numbers will flash on the screen. There’s a lot of things to improve here. Service is unacceptable.

It's not my first visit here, but every time I get disappointed even more.Reception staff are absolutely rude, and there are no manners at all. Not to mention friendliness since you work as a receptionist, that's expected isn't?The time that you book for the appointment-don't expect to be seen at that time. You will have to wait for quite a while. Reason for it, is that they never have enough staff .I'd rather choose Embassy next time rather than go there. Absolutely not worth the money that you pay there.
