I was a bit apprehensive about calling this company at first as there weren’t many reviews but decided to give them a chance as they were all 5 stars.To be honest I would give 10 out of 5 if I could! as Matt came within 2 hours (and didn’t try to rip me off with an ‘emergency call out charge’). He fixed the problem with an hour, gave the boiler a service, cleaned the area post completion and even charged me less than he originally quoted as the job was easier than he expected it to be.100% recommend. Lovely guy and comes with plenty of experience from previously working with a major energy supplier. You will not be disappointed.

I would highly recommend Matt at MGS - this was an emergency call out and he responded immediately and was friendly and very knowledgeable about the situation. He also sourced a part for us very quickly and reduced our stress levels enormously! Thank you for being so reliable and fixing the leak.

Matt came highly recommended by a friend and it became clear very quickly why he is thought of so highly and recommended so readily amongst the local community. He came as soon as he could and immediately got to work sourcing a very tricky leak. We live in an old house so there were numerous layers of floorboards and the leak was against a joist. With every hurdle he encountered he calmly and efficiently solved it and kept us abreast of what he was finding. He worked like an absolute Trojan to make sure that the leak was fixed for the weekend (as we have young children). Everything was done with a smile and he insisted on making sure he tidied up all his mess, despite the fact he was here quite late on a Friday night. From now on we are going to try and use him for any future plumbing work as he’s a gem of a find!

It was an emergency call out, Matt was very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the leak on the radiator and got the boiler working again. He also fixed an overflow issue with the toilet while he waited for the system to drain, highly recommended

Provided rapid and professional plumbing services on very short notice for a burst pipe on a faucet for a good price. I will definitely use again.

Matt responded really quickly to an emergency call from us. He was friendly and helpful advising what was best to do and completed the job for us there and then. At the same time he also entertained my toddler's showing him all his play tools!

Had a leak from a cistern pipe at 1830 with kids in the bath. Shut the water off. Called MGS and Matthew was round within 20 mins.He did tell me on the phone that there was a call-out charge and that if the job could wait it'd be cheaper in the morning but as I have kids didn't want to go without water.He shows up and cracks straight on. Sorts the problem in such a way that I can have my water back on while he goes out to get a part. Perfect!As he's finishing I go to check my boiler and sods law that's got an issue too. No problem for Matthew who sorts that for me as well all on the same call out. And even though he's here over an hour he just charges me the hour and parts.Top bloke, work is great, tidy, and he's polite. Couldn't ask for more and he will be my first call for any and all plumbing work or emergencies in the future.Thanks Matthew.

We moved house on the coldest day ever…only to find the heating wasn’t working.! We gave MGS a call to see if they could help. Matt arrived within the hour, was super professional and very friendly.
