Floors Today

We had our flooring done with Floors today, absolutely fantastic and very professional, would recommend for sure and especially Nathan, very professional and polite, took time to show us so many different colours and materials to ensure we had the best outcome for our home. I selected the carpet I wanted and was advised on other items I would require to lay the carpet myself.I would recommend a visit if you require any type of flooring for you'r home .They also do free-fitting on most carpets

We've been struggling to decide what flooring to get as wanted high quality but without a hefy price tag. Popped in on the off chance today and thanks to Lewis and the team we've finally felt confident enough with the product and price to commit and we're very happy with the great deal we had today. Lewis came straight out to measure on the spot and he was so lovely and polite, a true gent and not at all pushy. I feel like I've had a masterclass in flooring now too. Thanks Lewis can't wait to see it down now.

Bought artificial grass for this branch. Max and Leigh were so helpful. Can't fault the service and would recommend them every time.

Called in while out with my wife as we needed new carpets and artificial grass. So glad we did as found a great range at an absolutely unbelievable price. Staff were courteous, knowledgable and very helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for any type of flooring.

i would definitely not buy from here. Purchased flooring on 3 July and a further order on 9 July I was told it would be fitted on 10 July waited in all day nobody came. Phoned to complain and was told the fitters would be at our house on the 17 July. At least this time they did appear but it was 17.30 and they were only there to unload and measure up. On both of these occasions I contacted the shop to be basically fobbed off with empty promises of return calls. By the time the same thing had happened on 31 July i had phoned well over 20 times. Only one of those calls was replied to. Requested a refund and was told that a full refund was not possible. In the mean time i called a local fitter, who finished the job, brilliantly within a few days of me calling. I appreciate that the fitters are not Floors Today staff but there has to be a duty of care to the customer. Being let down 3 days running with no communication is poor.

Lovely floor, great service. Even though there were a few issues with the wrong shade and quantity accidentally being ordering - they were so good to price match a deal I had found online and possibly a miscommunication led to this, Nathan - store manager sorted with no hesitation and the correct floor arrived with a further discount to compensate. Brilliant laminate flooring bought from this store high quality laminate flooring with 20 years guarantee, which we can’t faulty. Really pleased with our purchase looks amazing in our living room. And the service we received from Leigh and Max instore was absolutely brilliant, they are definitely an asset to this company, Polite, courteous and helpful will definitely be recommending this store to friends and family. I would definately not recommend using these people! To cut a long andvery exasperating story short, We paid for our oak engineered flooring in February and booked what was a 2 day job for 11-12th March. The fitter used badly marked strips in the middle of the hallway and refused to change them. Now I'm left with an unfinished floor and no door strips fitted (which in fact I paid for twice)! I have spoken to many of the managment, fitters and complaints department who have acknowledged and agreed with my complaint and have said they will get someone out to put it right and also finish the job but we are still waiting. Now, 3 months on none of them are answering my call, texts or emails! Exceptionally bad service and breach of contract!
