Decided to rent a Tesla for the week over Christmas so that I could let my 92-year-old father (ex-RN fighter pilot) experience the excitement of the latest generation of EVs. After getting over the disappointment of not being able to hire the Model X, (someone had crashed it) we thoroughly enjoyed the Model Y.Realising that I could have booked the car and collected it in Devon, it would have reduced the need to travel all the way to Strood... However, I would have missed out on all that extra driving excitement.Della, the Hiring Manager was exceptional when dealing with the process of documentation, while the Logistics Manager was a fountain of knowledge when returning the car, being able to provide a lot of insight into the other EVs on offer.The whole experience was a pleasant one and I look forward to trying out a number of the different models in 2023.

I just wanted to say that I'm beyond impressed with EVision so far and I've not even got the car yet. The customer service and support have been excellent! The booking process was simple and hassle free. The price is the best I've seen so far. I'm delighted and looking forward to the hire. Would 100% recommend!

We brought a Tesla model S experience drive for our 15 year old son for Christmas and finally got round to taking it today. Our chauffeur Beaux was very knowledgeable and showed us all around the car before taking us out on the road. We felt extremely well looked after, could ask any questions and was able to take photos to remember the experience. We were even allowed to look around all of the other models once back at the office. A fantastic time had, recommend to any Tesla fans out there!

We rented a Tesla model S for our summer holidays. Overall it was a very positive experience, dealing with this very pleasant and attentive people. We took the collection and delivery service, which allowed us to easily load everything in front of our doorstep in London and drive away. The only thing that I found more challenging was the request to pay for the whole rental upfront by electronic transfer. I was more accustomed to securing the rental with a credit card. Upon making a few checks I felt comfortable sending the money.

Excellent communication before the hire, delivery to airport professional, car was great, return easygoing! I would recommend this company for everyone who is looking out for an EV hire in the UK (or GB, however ...;-), thanks guys.

Misleading. I asked for a quote and was told that that car was unavailable. They tried to blatantly upsell me a car for 3 times the price with a £100 delivery and return fee. When I asked for a quote for something in the price range I originally requested the delivery fee jumped to £305 each way! The cost of receiving and giving back their product was almost going to cost me more than the rental. If it feels like they are trying to rip you off before you even get the car, I can only be glad I never had to give them one back.

You know what? Well worth it. They were great and understanding. They do carry out quite a bit of due diligence on new customers so the process can be a little lengthy but it's understandable. The car was fantastic, I loved it, in amazing condition and was a joy to drive. Pickup and drop-off was really easy and straightforward, and they were quite welcoming and attentive.I got the car for just 24 hours to do a proper testdrive, and this satisfied that need perfectly. Thank you Christian and Chris and Phill you were lovely!

We rented a vehicle in June from the Okehamptom site. The car, a BMW i3, was great for our needs and in good shape. It was also nice to do our bit for the environment by renting an EV. I've taken away a star for 2 reasons: (a) the administrative process of arranging the rental was a bit cumbersome with a lot of paperwork, maybe because we are from Canada; and (b) the company charged 2000 Sterling deposit to our Visa card, which was refunded, but which resulted in a $275 Canadian extra charge to us because of the currency fee differential charged by Visa. No other car rental company takes this kind of deposit up front, which results in a huge cost to any non-UK person renting a car.
