Despite me telling the receptionist on the phone (once I got through) what was wrong with my son's wheelchair, the message clearly hadn't been relayed to the engineer the job sheet stating 'assess.' She was so perplexed she had to take pictures! I rang this morning after holding on for 10 minutes, to be told they hadn't had the paperwork from the engineer. I was assured someone would ring me back later. I'm still waiting! I've just held on for 30+ minutes being told you have a high volume of calls? I messaged and telephoned your head office and no one has had the courtesy to reply. How long do I need to keep my son's wheelchair propped up on a plank of wood?

My mum died on the 29th October and I’ve sent emails, rang the company daily and even asked the district nurses to try and contact millbrook to collect the bed that my mum was in. It’s been sat in my living room since she passed away, a daily reminder of losing my mum! It is absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone from this company! If the bed isn’t collected in the next week then I’m taking it to the tip! I’ve tried everything within my powers to contact millbrook!

This company should not be an approved supplier for the NHS. My father died at home and I contacted the company to collect the hospital bed. I called every day after he died as the bed was in the lounge and my mother in her 80s had to endure looking at this bed, where her husband of more than 60 years passed away in it. This company is 15 miles from her home. I got the standard robotic reply from Vicky, she seems to be the only employee. I asked to speak to a manager and they put the phone down on me. Note to HR Department, train your staff how to deal with bereavement, they are clueless. They collected the bed 2 weeks later. I'm reporting them to the NHS. They should be reported to the trading standards office.

Shocking Customer service from one of the receptionist staff, rude and totally unhelpful with a team member in the background telling her what to say. When asked about being passed to someone else they rudely snapped back saying they are training. Don’t recommend at all.

We had 3 brand new items delivered for when our elderly relative came home from hospital. Unfortunately she passed away and ever returned home. The items remain unwrapped but trying to get the unused items collected has proved impossible before emptying the property. Seems a total waste of money discarding them to the tip. Fortunately found a person who was grateful to receive them. Better than £££££ going to the tip!Someone had to pay for these goods. Poor service

I have a quick progression terminal disease. This is my experience with rosscare.In July 21 they delivered a child's manual chair. I didn't find out until a nurse at a clinic spotted it. This was 12 months later. I always wondered why I was getting stuck when getting out of the chair.When I emailed them I was met with there are no adult chairs in stock, so it might take a while. I asked for the matter to be escalated. I was told nastily that it wouldn't bring my powerchair assessment forward!! No apology for being left without a suitable manual wheelchair.They had my powerchair referral in November 21. I had my assessment 8 months later.Then I finally get my powerchair. 3 weeks in it breaks. tilt mode stuck in tilt.The seat pad left me in pain so I gave it 4 weeks but the pain got worse. So the engineer said he would order a better seat pad. That was 3 weeks ago. Today I chased the seat pad and part that will fix my chair. I was told 25th of October. So thats 6 weeks with a chair that is not fully working and an unsuitable seat pad.No acknowledgement how poor this service is.I really need a fully working comfortable wheelchair as I have limited time and I want to go out and do things, but after 45 mins in my wheelchair the pain makes me get out the wheelchair.I really think managers of rosscare need to really step up and provide adequate and timely equipment.

Like previous complaints, I too kept waiting on phone for someone to answer about a bed being picked up from a relative that has died. If they don’t respond I will be leaving the expensive bed outside for them to pick it up eventually

RossCare are absolutely Rubbish they can’t fix my powered wheelchair no parts No exchange I’m left bed bound now all over weekend the NHS should get rid if RossCare because they must be costing the NHS a fortune for a service that absolutely Dire!,
