Firstly, can I just say a very big thank you to Mandy she is such a lovely person, very caring and very kind. She helped me the process of moving into my new house was done really smoothly. They all helped me they’re the staff and Mandy are fantastic Mandy helped a lot and she is very understanding I can’t thank Mandy enough This estate agent is one of the best I’ve ever been to. They will not let you down.

Elton properties exceeded my expectations when I asked for help renting a property. Dont normally write reviews but feel the need to as to any one reading this review either tenant or landlord need to know the team at Elton Properties are honest, professional, a team of there word and will go the extra mile to help. Having been a new tenant in this market I was let down by a number of different lettings agents during my search from not being phoned back, going on viewings with the letting agents knowing full well there was already a tenant lined up and I was making the numbers up. I explanied my personel situation the team was sympathetic and found me a property to my requirments, the process was simple and easy and I am now awaiting my keys to move in. I would like to say a big massive THANK YOU TO ALL THE TEAM MANDY, JULIE AND CAROLINE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!

As a landlord I highly recommend Elton Properties. Always on top of the paperwork and on hand to sort any issues. Having an in house team to tackle repairs, servicing, certificates etc is a real bonus. Very happy to recommend this company.
