Incompetent GP.- Lack of knowledge on suitability of medication- Had I not done my research and refused medication being offered, would of caused serious harm due to other underlaying health considerations. (two separate occasions this has happened).- unwilling to listen to your wishes of not wanting to just be given painkillers and fobbed offwill be changing surgery asap

The rudest reception staff I have ever had to deal with. Snappy, no professionalism, dismissive, and straight up seemed like she couldn’t care less about her job or the patients. Sack them please. Disgusting behaviour.

Completely hopeless service.. GPs don’t read files before calling and secretaries take weeks to type letters.. I am trying to get myself assigned to another surgery. This one should be shut down for sheer incompetence

Totally incompetent and uncaring. Emailed Last week no reply. Shambles organising vaccines My parent is now over 12 weeks since the first one and the Surgery really don't care a less they have been less than helpful. . No compassion or urgency. Needs a CCG check and an overhaul to get it over to the real world of today failing on patient care.

i think i would rather die, receptionists dam right rude, un-organised as they have lost my babys×2 paperwork more than 3 times can never gat an appointment when needed 0 stars from me if i could chise another surgery i would !

If i could give this lot no stars I would, all i can say is don't ever get ill, I'm transferring out as soon as a get a spare moment to arrange it.End up having to pay a private to doctor to refer me back to Bupa, cannot waste any more time with them.

Rude. Was yelled at by the receptionist “It’s nuffin’ to do wiv me”, when I asked why an e-mail had not been responded to, and the person who was dealing with it was in the background. All they had to do was say they didn’t have the report, but waited until I rang to tell me. I have replied and asked that the practice manager is informed, but I have no faith it will happen.

I have been coming here since I was a child - always manage to get an appointment, staff are friendly and helpful, doctors are kind. No complaints from me.
