My Lenser 7.2 fell a distance onto a slate hearth and stopped working. Contacted Ledco and they immediately dispatched the part i needed free of charge.Exceptional customer service.

Fantastic products, and great customer support. I dropped my iW5R and the hook broke. I sent back for repair and within a few days they has sent me a complete new torch. I have several of their products and although they are in the higher price range they give outstanding performance and the best value for money. Thanks Ledco.

I was told by Led Lenser to contact Led Co which I did and was put through to customer services. I explained to them that I had a P7 and I have had it about 7 years , but for the last 2/3 years I had not used it due to not working properly. As when I switched the torch on all you could see was a small light that was smaller than a match head. The person said the Cree bulb should be ok and more likely to do with the battery cartridge and they would send one in the post free of charge, and 24hr later it arrived and now the P7 is working fine.Thank You

Amazing service from Nicola Fitton. When my MH10 head torch straps lost their elasticity. I emailed LEDCO Ledlenser and was sent out replacement straps immediately. I received them within a day or so. The straps wearing was enevatable given the fact that I've used them almost every day for the past 6 years or so. These head torches along with the service from LED LENSER are superb!

Top quality customer service - I had a battery leakage which stopped my P7.2 working, emailed asking about spare parts with no expectation of any joy, and a replacement battery compartment arrive almost by return! An excellent product, really well supported.

I have a small LED lenser P7 torch which stopped working after 5 years 8 months after purchase, thus being out of warranty. I contacted Ledco 2 days ago asking if they could repair my torch. The gentleman on the phone listened to my explanation of the problem, told me he was sure what caused the problem (he was correct) and sent me a spare part with no charge for the part or postage. My torch now works perfectly. Thank you very much. Absolutely outstanding customer service in every sense.I have and will continue recommending your company.
