Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Bangor

Great car, good value for money. Was a problem with driving away with the original 7 seater vehicle that was booked however this was promptly resolved by Branch Manager Sion H. Absolutely wonderful customer service. Will use again.

Awful. Booked a Luton Van with taillift one week in advance but got a call from the Enterprise manager at 5pm the day before pick up to say that they hadn’t been allocated a Luton Van so would a long wheelbase transit do instead! Obviously not, that’s why I booked a Luton! The manager then called me to say that he’d found a Luton Van in Manchester and could get it to Bangor for pick up but approx 3 hours later than I had booked. I accepted this but when I got to the Enterprise Branch at Bangor to collect it they informed me that the Luton Van had arrived from Manchester with a fault on it and therefore I couldn’t take it. Glad I booked a day off work for this… NOT! I recommend you do not use Enterprise until they sort out their vehicle allocations procedures or you could be sorely disappointed like me!

This office is full of friendly, incredible staff who will go out of their way to help you and provide an amazing service.Really couldn't fault them!(Only thing to mention is they're located next to Autoglass, Google Maps might get you a bit lost!)

I recently hired a van from Enterprise Bangor. The van intended for me was late in arriving from the previous hirer. The Enterprise team couldn't apologise enough even though it was clearly not their fault. They immediately offered me another slightly smaller van and I inspected it with them to make sure it suited what I needed. From the start of the hire to the dropping the van back, the team in Bangor were very friendly very efficient and provided a first class service. I will be using them when I hire vehicles in the future....

We got a car from here for the long weekend. When we went to pickup the car we ended up in a garage in a corner. The directions on this google map is wrong. We wasted a lot of time and had to walk alot to finally find the place.Our pickup timing was 12 and due to train delays we couldn’t reach at that time. The contact number given was closed after 12 but we went to the pickup place anyway. The place was open but the phone was automatically going to voicemail.On the day of the return it was a public holiday and no one was answering. We reached the drop off and saw the office was open but noone inside. A lady was there was locking the door and said she will close our booking next day when the office reopens.Please look at the images shared on the reviews for where the office location is. The service was good, the car was in a very good condition and they had filled the whole tank too.

Such great customer service here at the Bangor enterprise location. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and really really helpful too. Highly recommend.FYI the location pinned by Google is wrong. It is in the industrial estate, just located almost immediately once you enter off the roundabout. It’s the first right hand turn when you enter the estate — Look for the Benchmarks signs.

The service from start to finish from Vena and Will was immaculate and the car that I was provided with was absolutely brilliant, I will definitely use this company again.
