Not good enough slow white man not know check my mobility scooter Only problem lots time scooter broke down only hill stop all time. I say him. Because I’m deaf and disabled feel awful bad scooter mobility for 2 year good smooth and 1 year awful bad scooter but white man say fine. I say no wrong man not know how say another how me feel wrong something scooter in bad

I contacted Haven mobility and needed a manual chair repaired/serviced. Keith and the team provided a fantastic, prompt service and I couldn't recommend them more. Amazing work

I called Haven Mobility as I was looking for some touch up paint for my mobility scooter so helpful and understanding and got the paint is required and I needed a new release handle for my scooter ordered so quickly and fitted with in a few days I would highly recommended Haven Mobility so friendly and helpful thanks again Brian Evans

Had them come out to fix a stair lift for a relative. Turned up when they said they would and the repair man was friendly, polite and helpful. Fixed the problem in quick time and left area in a clean state. Was happy with the service and I would consider them for future repairs if they become necessary.

We visited Haven Mobility for some advice and they were extremely helpful and told us everything we needed to know and ended up purchasing a disability aid from them

Not welcomed, no smile. Visited on 24th september. Salesman with white hair had no customer services skills whatsoever. My mum who has MS and doesn't get out much at the moment, visited the store with me looking for a stool. 2 stools were shown to us. When asked the price for the first stool which was over £70.00, I commented that I thought it might have been less, around £40.00 was our expectation. He stated it would cost them more to have them buy it in. Clearly being a Friday afternoon, the man wasn't interested.No goodbye when we left. My mum even said that she had bought a wheelchair there before which she was still using. My mum didn't want to feel like she had wasted his time. I reiterated to my mum that she doesn't need to justify the time she spent there asking for his help. Won't go there again and won't recommend it either. Very poor customer services. Clearly been in the job too long and become complacent.

I was made to feel very welcome by a lovely lady. She showed me the things l wanted to look at and was really helpful. I didn't buy today, but she is going to keep me informed on the items as one was not in stock. I would certainly recommend them to my friends. THANK YOU HAVEN.

First class service, good selection of the chairs we required glad we found out about store, plus the chair's were made in Wales.
