Needed new integrated fridge/freezer, popped into Protech on a Thursday all sorted & fitted the next day, you can't get better than that, lads that did it were quick no messing & no mess, excellent

I'm not one to leave a really poor review but feel it necessary.So I brought my oven from here 6 years ago sale and installation was brilliant could not fault them.Fast forward to last year called them to see if they fixed washing machines spoke to someone who said someone would call me back. I waited over a week and never received a call back. Fast forward to a few weeks later I call back speak to someone who says the same thing. Again waited a week no call back. Rang again and spoke to someone who said sorry we can't fix it for a while, so I thought ok I understand that with being busy. Was advised to call back in a few days to get repair done. I ended up buying a new machine at Currys because I was told yet again I'd receive a call back. Ok so fast forward to almost 3 weeks ago my oven element stops working I call protech get told I'll have a call back as again the guys who do the repairs are busy, so I waited again for over week. To never receive a call back I decided at that point I'll buy the part and fix it myself which I have done. So I'm sorry to say I would not recommend using these guys unless you can constantly ring them to chase them which sadly with working full time I am just not able to do. Plus by the time I finish work so have they.

Great shop, brilliant service, great prices. I brought a washing machine this week...they went out of their way to deliver the same day as I really needed it. They came on time, took the old machine away at no extra charge, and the price was cheaper than anything on the internet. First class company and service.

Excellent,promt,service.The technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. He quickly found the fault on my Hotpoint fan oven and completed the repair at a very reasonable price.At a fraction of the cost of a new cooker.Thank you very much.

This is a local company, they come to check out our oven with no charge to us, which we thought was really good, the new oven was ordered and fitted a few days later a very quick and efficient service with pleasant staff.

Called Protech on the Saturday between Christmas and new year for a tumble dryer repair. The pleasant gentleman I spoke to said he could pass on my details to an engineer who did repairs. These would be passed on the following Monday.No one called Monday, so I contacted Protech again. They said engineer had not yet called in.I waited all week and am still waiting for a reply, one week later. In the meantime the festive demands and visiting family created a veritable pile of damp washing. SO.. I called an alternative engineer from Stoke who came and fixed the problem within 20 minutes.This may not be down to Protech but to a contracted engineer. Either way I would like to have been given a yes or no response.
