I came to the builders merchants to order carpet for my mums house. Carl couldn't have been more helpful giving me various samples to choose from going off what I had explained I was looking for. Within the week he had organised someone to come and measure up and the carpet was then ordered and here next day. The staff were extremely helpful and I couldn't recommend them enough.
