Absolutely no help at all. No appointments available until May, by which time the debt collectors will be involved. Had heard good things about Money Matters but obviously they are understaffed.

This place has really went down hill you call ask for the name of person who's help you fill in forms for years and the womam on the desk who doesn't speak very good English has refuse to give it on a few occasions now how are people ment to get help she there

AWFUL!!! I felt humiliated at having to go there to be met by an ogre on reception. I managed to get to see someone and she was worse than useless!!! If you're on benefits or don't speak English and want MORE out of the system, this is the place to go!! It would appear they don't know how to help people like me in work ( on a zero hour contract! ) with a sudden change of circumstances!! I left in disgust!! Will never set foot in there again!!!
