BDM plumbing & heating

Bryce was a total hero, replacing the boiler at very short notice only days before I completed on the sale of my flat. He was quick to respond, very obliging, neat, efficient and trustworthy. One of his team also fixed a blocked pipe. Excellent work all round.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough. Bryce, apart from being an extraordinary plumber, also project manages all work which carried out to the highest of standards. He has access to extremely high quality other tradesmen. I had a free standing bath installed and a new shower room. Everything ran like clockwork. All the tradesmen were excellent. The whole job was excellent. I would just like to single out Frankie who went above and beyond by staying late one night to put up the shower room mirror, cabinet and shower accessories. He didn’t have to, but he did. This is a first class company. Really first class.

Bryce is organised, punctual and reliable. He kept me in the loop the whole time whilst servicing the boiler for my elderly mum. He understands customer service and it is really appreciated.

I turned 50 recently and so I am now officially old (or so a 6-year-old told me). As such, I require hot water and warm rooms.So, when our gas boiler was condemned on Friday after its annual service, and seeing this old codger in cold discomfort, Bryce and Frankie came round bright and early on Monday morning, following all the snow and ice and after the coldest of cold weekends, to fit a new one in arctic conditions. They were super-polite, courteous, quiet in terms of no loud radio or shouting, cleaned up lovely afterwards and took away all the old bits and bobs for us.They seem to work very well when supplied with ample tea & biscuits :-DThanks for a super job, guys.Martin (and Richard)
