Superb food, with decent portion sizes and reasonable prices. Their spicier sauces pack quite the punch, too, though if you're not into that, they have one without any spice.Great burritos, super meaty.

I love it here. The foods quick and fast.It's not an upmarket place. It's fast food but filling.The tortillas are warm but nothing else is; should it be?It's reasonably priced but not cheap.Good for friends meeting for a quick snack while shopping it's not the sort of place to bring the family for a special occasion.

The atmosphere is decent but the way the assemble and wrap a burrito - not worth it. Ingredients are clumped up in one bite, you just get guac in one and rice on the other, sour cream - wud be better if you don't put it.And the service - very poor communication, unable to tell whether the ingredients are vegan or not. No correct description of how many toppings I can have, as a new customer.

I’ve been coming to this tortilla for a while and I haven’t had any issues, very lovely food. However today, I ordered 4 burritos, and 2 out of 4 had long buried hairs in the burrito that got caught in my mouth, it put me off my food. We couldn’t go back because we had already gone home. Maybe invest in hairnets to prevent this issue.

Deeply disappointed with the experience at Tortilla Watford in October.We were mistakenly charged double for our bill, and when we brought this to the attention of the person handling payments, Jaanika attempted to rectify the situation but did so with evident frustration, even suggesting items on the bill that we hadn't ordered.We repeatedly tried to explain to Jannika our order, but her body language and tone were condescending and entirely unwarranted.Eventually, the correct refund was issued, and when we asked for her name, she pointed confidently to her badge, seemingly aware of the possibility of a formal complaint or a negative review.

It was my first visit in Tortilla and I had chicken buritto which was very flavourful, loved the choices which were offered by the staff especially Parishree who served me with a huge smile. I would love to visit again

A very nice place to dine. The ambience is very good inside. You also have a sit out place which is very good for days when the weather is a bit warm.

Fresh and tasty! Tried the naked burrito bowl with chicken! I recommend trying this and if you are unsure try half of each rice and beans! All the ingredients looked and tasted freshly prepared! Also if you want extra meat ask for it in the small container or they overload it and can’t fit no salad on! Throw on as many extras like salsas, cheese and sour cream with salad for free! I prefer this over the over place down the road! Easy casual spot and the chicken is halal!

I loved the service and food of the restaurant. I had vegetarian buritto and vegetarian quesadilla which was really tasty and fresh. I was served by Parishree and had an amazing experience and surely visit again.
