N R P Carburettor & Diaphragms

I was recommended to NRP Carburetors by a motorcycle technician as they kept good stock of spares for old bikes.I called on the Friday afternoon wanting float needles and seats. I was greetedvery helpful and knowledgeable staff on the phone who understood what I wanted, advised of the best items to buy for my 42 year old bike and they arrived on the Sunday morning.Excellent service.Thank you.Give them a try for your carburetor spares!

Order carb kits and diaphragm just before christmas for my transalp these parts arrived ok and realised I'd only ordered one diaphragm but needed two so ordered the extra one. Paid for it on line then had a message saying they were waiting for stock so advised to continue with order. After a month I hadn't heard anything so started chasing via email..no response sent several emails then requested they cancel order and refund money....no response no refund. Tried phoning nobody answers emailed more and sent message via their website still no contact and no refund have now ordered elsewhere but will continue chasing my money. My advice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a GS500 fuel tap kit and received an FZR 1000 kit. I tried many times to phone the contact NRPBut there was never any answer,All I wanted was to exchange the kits. I then tried the returns form on the website, and at the second attempt,I got an answer. Hi John

I made the purchase and after 13 days without an answer or receiving my order, I ran out of money.Do not buy on this site!

Orded 1,5 week ago 2 items.After payment message follows: tracking code will follow.Tracking never came.!!.Send several emails, every time i heard:Your item will be posted today, or tomorrow.I am ready with this compagny.NO! NRP carbs for me anymore.

I was a returning happy customer until now. Ordered online, didn’t get a confirmation, then after several unanswered messages, 1 month later received feedback that there was an issue with British Post. I cancelled my order and never received any feedback nor did I get my money back. 2 months after order date, I receive a message that I need to pay the purchase price again for taxes and customs before the parts will be delivered. By that time I had already bought parts elsewhere and those were delivered 3 days afterwards…

Purchased replacement seals for the Suzuki gt550k. Had issues with ordering on the website, but then caught up with NRP in the phone who were very helpful. Seals came 2 days after ordering. Would have given 5 stars but for site and contact issue. Very pleased with seals and petcock works like new.

Arranged to meet at the shop to collect some carb kits as they were being serviced the following day. Set off early on my way to work, waited around beyond the time we were supposed to me, no show and no contact. Avoid.
