I would never recommend to anyone. The disrespect and unprofessionalism I dealt with is not worth nerves. I found myself another mortgage advisor after one of yours let me down and now I am after completion and I have keys to my home which I almost lost after your mortgage advisor treated my case.

Julie Haigh has just done my mortgage and first class service doesn’t quite do justice! Julie explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was well informed about all of my options. Extremely happy with the mortgage deal secured - far better than an alternative broker had recommended only weeks before!! Nothing was too much trouble and I always felt in safe hands. Would highly highly recommend!! I hope Julie is still with Browns in 5yrs when I come round to remortgage :)

The team have made the task so much easier. Make no bones about it; remortgaging is a chore and a ‘necessary evil’ in life. However Julie, my Mortgage Manager, was professional and knowledgeable but also extremely helpful and personable, making the process so much easier for me to understand and managed my expectations well.I’d heartedly recommend using their services; it makes the whole process so much easier.

Incredible experience doesn't do the work they've done justice to be honest.First time home buyer now owner, and I'd put a big chunk of that down to Connor at WHB Ponte.Throughout the entire experience it seemed like the only people really properly contacting and keeping me up to date were the team at WHB.- Fast- Reliable- InformativeSome of the things I was lacking from my solicitor, were filled in by Connor, and with the stress that buying a house entails, some of it was subjugated by Connor.Highly recommend!

Selling a property with William h brown Pontefract has not been the best experience of our lives. Communication 2/10 infact we have had more communication from another estate agent in the time with have been with them. Had a problem where they even forgot to reduce the price of the property in the shop window and on social media. Full of promises to start with maybe its the market but we are not the only people in the local area that have found that William h brown to be lacking

My partner and I had the help of Chris Box as our mortgage advisor and Kelsey Longstaff as our negotiator. We purchased our first home with them and they made the process as straight forward as it could be. Chris was massively helpful in guiding us through the mortgage and insurance applications and did majority of the legwork for us! Kelsey worked really hard to get us moved in as quickly as possible and replied instantly when we needed her. We hit a couple of speed bumps and Kelsey was always on the case for us. We are so grateful to both Chris and Kelsey for all their help and hard work with our first home purchase. Highly recommend.
