Beautiful lake, Very nice staff, Great value cabins right next to your peg, unfortunately Me and my friends blanked 48hrs I think everyone on the lake did too but that’s fishing, We we’re confident in the baits we used but I don’t think the fish we’re interested at all in any bait. Saw Some lovely looking fish on top. Ignore the negative comments we were on the pegs the motorway side peg 9,10, 11 and it wasn’t that bad at all, Spacious pegs with plenty of water to fish. ( I think peg 8 could do with scrapping tho or lillies cleared as no space on that peg ) Overall Good experience just gutted I blanked. Lol Thank you!

Was not too happy with my experience, on the specimen lake. I went there for 2 nights, and 3 days with my friend. We paid 65-70 quid each.18-20 is way too many lines in the lake, which is only 3 acres (more like 2), its like a cattle market, with no space to fish. I found the owner to be rude and the impression I got is that there is less of a passion about angling, rather it seemed a money making venture, with little regard for the customers experience.

Nice place good fishing very helpful staff, can't wait to go back after getting beat up buy a cat and a realy big common.

Hi,Thank you for a great session on house lake swim 1. Caught fish within 15mins of cast and the whole weekend the fishing was excellent.Great company on Sat with two young lads in next door swim. They caught a large amount as well and helped a old man with some netting.Great fishing , can't wait to get back.Paul Toms

Been here a few times and this time didn't disappoint either. Took a work colleague on a species hunt and fished Lens match lake. Just the 2 of us on and plenty of fish were caught on a cold, late autumn day. Can't wait to get back for another great days sport

Smaller ponds looks nice on they eye ..main pond.... size smaller than a football pitch.... far too many people fishing... swims were tiny.... at point I counted 18 rods ...... everyone chucking in kilos of bait ...Over the two days and all the people that came and went only 3 fishes were caught ...The side I stayed on for two nights that was next to a motorway which is loud an constant .....not peaceful at all.Spoke to the owner about the amount of people and size of the swim... who was very arrogant in his reply which was you want the place to your self".Won't be recommending and definitely won't be coming back.All this place seems care about is getting people in an not about the quality of fishing."

Went to Milton this weekend with friends for our first time night fishing, to fish the house lake. The staff were amazing! Bailiff Mark was kind, helpful and gave some great advice! We pulled out a few great fish including a beautiful coi carp, had a great experience. Will definitely be returning!!
