Despite several issues with our solicitor, Sandra was able to remove as much stress from the process as possible by chasing our cases through and keeping us informed at every step of the way. Our house sold surprisingly quickly which is testament to Sandra’s dedication and experience. Sandra’s friendly, bubbly personality made her a joy to work with and is the one part of the process of buying a house that we are going to miss! Selling a flat with a section 20 (major works) I thought was going to be a nightmare, but working with Sandra she guided me through it from day one with her expertise. Sandra always puts the needs of the person she is working for first. She was available 12 hours a day and her Knowledge of the property market is second to none. If you want to sell your property Sandra is the estate agent you need to use. An offer was accepted after 2 weeks of being in the market and then Sandra guided myself through the whole process!
