Parry Bob (Survey & Valuation) Ltd

I have appointed Bob Parry Surveyors twice in the past three months. Gareth Thomas did a survey for me for a house I had fallen in love with. Thankfully I carefully read the level 2 survey results and followed the advice. It saved me from making a massive mistake and buying a house with a collapsing private sewage system. I did find a much better house and the second survey that Gareth did showed this house is a far better purchase.I’m very grateful to Gareth Thomas.
