Unfortunately, I have to say quite shocking. We placed quite a big order, then nearly an hour after the estimated delivery time it arrived ( not tea time anymore, more like supper), and the order was wrong. Give up trying to phone them as it is constantly engaged. Sorry to say, but the food, now arrived, is unedible as it is cold and there are hairs in it. Gutted because this was our favourite take away.

Our go to takeaway for kebabs and burgers, local and always reliable. Food always good and orders always correct.Would give 5* only for extremely slow delivery service on every occasion we’ve ordered, can be way over the estimated time. Good when it arrives, maybe need more delivery drivers.

My friend and I paid a last minute, late at night call to Tasty Bites. We enjoyed what we got, pizza and kebab. The staff are very friendly, and prices are quite good here. Only a small takeaway, but a good sized menu. Can't exactly park outside and run in and grab your takeaway, but there is parking across the way on a small free car park

I paid online to collect at 8pm at 7:40, a large mixed kebab and some other foods. I arrived at the time stated it was ready for collection assuming I may have a couple minutes wait if it was busy, it appeared they hadn't seen my order and were quick to put together what I had ordered. 15 minutes later I received a kebab that had no real substance to it and a rushed order. Other than the kebab the order was very simple. The kebab was edible however unsatisfactory in terms of portion size and quality... Chewy, dry meat and not enough of it if I pay for a large portion. Worried it may not have been cooked with them rushing, however a check appeared to be sufficient. A shame. They make very reliable food but not so much these days. Last two orders have been botched. Overall I'd take it someplace else if you desire a better quality kebab.

Regular costumer using delivery. Took 2 hours and food cold. Over £20 wasted. Tea time out the window more like the bin. Shocking

Uses to order quite often and they were our favourite place. We even always used their website to bypas the 30% just eats fees. Then we had an order accepted a few weeks ago, and no message, no refund, nothing. They just didn't bother to turn up with fhe food. Tried to contact them but to no avail. Nearly £20 wasted and not even a refund which could clearly have been done on their own if something had happened, emergency etc. We phoned up the next day and were told a refund would happen but did it? No.Use at your own risk guys, there's so many other options to order from and these guys are as dodgy as they come from what I experienced.
