They are scammers! I had the worst experience with them. The car was paid integral after the reservation (400 euros), and when we arrived at the counter to pick up the car, they refused to give us the car on the grounds that they needed a credit card, even though the car was paid for 100%.After the complaint made, they said that unfortunately they have no way to help us because we did not notify them before arriving at the airport where we have to rent it. How we know that they will not give us the car that I have for paid the rental fee??? Do not use the services of this company!

Booked twice, first time taking over 2 hours to get a car. Ok, can happen.No we are in a heatwave and they gave our car away!!! NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER. Had to book via another company. They are just the worst. For you own sake: please avoid

I have horrible experience with this rental company and they made my holiday experience so worst because they never mention any charges which might occur while you pick the car .. called 3 times to customer service and explained the problem which I am facing with car company .. They were not much helpful and they are only worried about their call review ..They asked to me cancel the booking and initiate enquiry which resulted big hole my pocket .. The worst of worst is their back office people which they want to collect money as much as possible .. Unfortunately I have to give single star but its mandatory to give in google reviews.#### Please Please stay away from this Company ####

WARNING!! This company is a scam! If you've already booked with a credit card claim back your money asap!! They stole our money as we arrived 1 hour late due to flight delays. Now they keep putting the phone down. WARNING!!! Read the reviews here. I wish i did!!

Unfair company, very bed service and they charge full money for zero.Our flight was deleted for 4 hours. Rental cars notified about the Daley. Although they cancel our reservation and charge us full money. Be carefully from this company

WARNING! THIS IS A SCAM!! Please read the reviews posted here before you order. If you book with these thieves and your plane is delayed by even an hour you lose you car rental and they will keep your money. They wont pass on the money to the firm in whatever country you are in leaving you stranded. They have stolen £500 of my money and they awful lazy staff just put down the phone on me!! I have contacted trading standards. Even there phone number shows as a scam number which is why they keep changing the number! Its auto blocked from my phone!

This company is obismal, DO NOT USE THEM. I booked a car for London Heathrow, they took my money and i did not recieve a conformation number, nor could anyone find my booking after approximately 10 phone calls, 50 e mails and numerous chats on their online chat window.They had me going round in circles between calling them back and forth all day the chat and e mail. Each time, one quoting to use the other form of communication.After a full day of trying to resolve this I drafted an e mail to them. Here it is below.ACTUAL E MAILThis is ultimately going to cost your company because I will not stop e mailing you until all reservations are cancelled. Your time to read this will add up to more than the cost of the rental that you won't take 2 minutes to cancel. So please carry on not canceling my request.I am sure at some point a manager will care about the cost to the companyKevin

Took all the money out of my account absolute scam, then turned up to rent my car they wont accept digital licences so they only gave me a partial refund. Ended up costing me 300 euros. NEVER USE THIRD PARTY SITES. If they are based in other countries the legislation can be completely differant

They take money from your account. You go to the counter. They tell you, you don’t have reservation. You try to book another car with much higher rate from another company. You call customer center they claim you never went to pick car. You don’t have any proof from rental company that you were there. You don’t have any proof from Rentalcars that you have reservations. You call customer center they treat you like you are lying. Later when you prove you were at counter then they will try to find another reason not to refund you the money you paid (not to mention the triple amount of money you lost because you could not get your reservation) You lose money, time and nerves. I deleted their app. There are many better companies out there who are much more professional.The complete sale and customer service is terrible
