My experience was brilliant with Adam Omar and Yopa Bristol in selling my property in Bradley Stoke. All the advantages of a non high-street estate agent in terms of service, showing around buyers and answering the phone outside normal office hours. Professional - did my photos and advert to an excellent standard; kept me up to date with progress from start of sale all the way through to completion, and was a useful conduit of information to my eventual buyers for my needs. Adam managed to secure multiple offers for my property that beat other estimated valuations from the local high street agents too - and all for about half the fee they quoted. Only aspect I wasn't entirely satisfied with was the optional conveyancers Yopa recommend, but only because they were average in their service rather than exceptional - however they did what was required and managed a same-day exchange and completion in a full chain so it's a minor complaint. I highly recommend Yopa and wouldn't hesitate to use Adam Omar again.
