Years of appointments who were magically cancelled without me being contacted, symptoms being dismissed by doctors and being refused appointments for a sick baby. Apparently they are always full but when you go there the waiting room is constantly empty. Avoid at all costs!! You won't be allowed to see the doctors anyway! I am going to move now after years of trying to get them to do their job. Also, if you complain the doctors will call you and tell you you're being rude and you need to delete your complaint (apparently they have time to respond to complaints but not to see sick babies). Terrible attitude from everyone working at the practice.

Rang up for an infected piercing and was told there was no appointments left and to go to the walk in Center. I asked can I just ring back tomorrow for an appointment and was told no because the doctors don’t deal with that? No point in wasting hours of my time in the walk in Center when I want to see my own doctor!! What a load of rubbish. Aren’t doctors supposed to treat infections?

Extremely rude receptionists apart from one, Karen, who has always been comationate and caring. The rest have a huge chip on their shoulders, rude unhelpful and snappy, no compassion whatsoever, clearly in the wrong profession!

Completely disregard for my two year olds needs very very rude receptionist when questioned why they haven’t done a call back after my two year old having a reaction to medication just to receive a letter saying they have removed my Child from their list! Rude disgusting obnoxious! The receptionist act like they own the ground they walk on! Very stuck up!

The midwife Julia Is such a special lady! She provides the best care and highly recommend her to anyone who is soon to be a mummy.She has a bubberly personality and is so empathetic towards all your needs. Julia makes you feel so calm and irons out any worries and concerns you may have! She is an asset to your practice.

I have been with the surgery for a long time, I have now decided to leave. Every time I ring I am spoken to absolutely awful. It's extremely upsetting to be spoken too like a piece of dirt. It costs nothing to have manners or compassion the receptionists here lack both. I am moving my family elsewhere as I just can't deal with being treated this way.

I felt like I was being rushed and ignored by doctors, receptionist also very rude every time I would call even if just for a simple admin query. Got told my repeat would be set up and a prescription sent to my nominated pharmacy, called 3 weeks later as I hadn't heard anything to be told it hadn't even been set up. Very disappointed.

I’ve been with this surgery a very long time they have been great through out the loss of my first born n then the loss of my husband. My daughter is 11 n recently starting to have issues they was quick on asking me to take her back in the next day for emergency appointment. At this covid time it’s is stressful on the 2 doctors so my only suggestion would be to employ more doctors. Can’t fault the service

Ridiculous trying to get any type of consultation. Have to go through PATCHS to book appointment but can't do consultation request form outside office hours, and even when you do do a form no one gets in touch with you, disgusting

Always dealt with professionally on the phone & in person. Either given appointment or called back on same day with one, whether for doctor or appropriate member of the team. All staff knowledgeable and approachable. Superb service & treatment every time.
