I have had to order several customised T-shirts and hoodies in the last few months. The product quality has been great and the customer service excellent. I'm particularly grateful that I've been able to get in touch directly and get advice on design options, etc. Would highly recommend.

I would rarely ever post a poor review as I like to give companies the benefit of doubt. However, on this occasion it has been a continuous failing of customer service. I have given them deadlines twice which they agreed work would be delivered by and have failed to meet on these both occasions (causing me to incur costs as a business). They were all too quick to take payment but extremely slow (or never) rectified issues. I have had multiple false promises made which were never kept and an outright lie at one time. Probably my worst customer experience of 2023 - and long before that.

I can't recommend Print Hero highly enough. I've just done my fourth order with them and they've absolutely smashed every single one at a competitive price.There was a mishap on one order, which was resolved quickly with fantastic service.Absolute 10/10 service and quality.
