Order at table from phone so super easy. Expensive as you’d expect full English £15, beer £7 a pint. Food OK, service pretty fast.

Order from the QR code, drinks in 5mins and food in 10. Really good burgers.Gluten free option is the cheese burger then it gives you the option to change the bun when you select it. Wasn't clear until we got help. Bun was the best gf bun I've had in a long time and the sauce was like bigmac sauce. The only other gf option I saw was a vegan chilli.

Kostas treated us so well from the minute we arrived! I had the traditional breakfast which was as expected, nice & no frills. Service couldn't have been better. Thank you Kostas for making our special trip off to a great start!

Atmosphere and Ambiente feel welcoming, however the food is not as good as their pictures. I ordered salmon, scrambled eggs and a flat white. What I received was a cold plate of scrambled eggs, one piece of salmon, a sheet of bread and a cappuccino instead of flat white. Coffee was horrible, instead go to Starbucks. Such a pity that quality and price don’t fit. Very expensive!

Absolutely a sham for ordering. Bar staff stood talking but to order a drink you are forced to do it by phone where they capture your email address and bank details. No facility on drinks order to ask for adjustments, so had to still speak to staff to get the drink I wanted. Would not recommend if you are in a rush or value your personal information.

As a regular flyer, if we are traveling from Terminal 1 we tend to eat and drink here. I've only ever had the burgers which are quite nice. Guys serving are all nice enough. It's pricey for what you get but it's the airport so expected.

Discussed with the friendly Kostas that my coffee arrived below par temperature and the Eggs Benedict I ordered was rather basic in terms of grade and range of ingredients used. Some fresh green herbs added would be especially welcome. He suggested I give feedback so here you are, Kostas and team. A nice ambience in the restaurant itself but next time we will go to Giraffe again most likely in Terminal 1.

This has always been our usual spot for a drink and pre-flight snack but perhaps because our flight was very early and the restaurant so quiet, we noticed a small mouse scurrying around on our visit last week.We'd just ordered drinks and stayed to watch some customers rather more concerned than we were, and the manager's indifferent response... though I must admit we too chose to have breakfast elsewhere after our drink.The member of staff greeting customers was very friendly, and servers were polite and efficient.

After a delayed flight, decided to get some breakfast here and it was great. We was greeted by Kostas who was friendly and he and his team were really efficient in serving us and clearing the tables. Food was great would highly recommend
