We used Bradford and Howley in the past to buy and sell our properties. As the previous experience was good, we have decided to use their services again. Sam valued our house a few weeks ago and really took his time helped us understand the housing market at the time and listened what we were looking for. When we put our house on the market Ciaran took over to arrange appointments and viewings. He was in touch with us regularly to arrange viewings and passed on a lot of feed back. We have been so impressed with the team at the Marshalswick office who have been handling the sale of our property. The communication has been fantastic, with regular updates throughout the process. They organised a very successful open day for our house that resulted in five offers and a sale over the asking price.
