Very happy with the Milan Parasol prurchased but later there then developed a slight problem. After contacting Jarder Ltd by telephone and then by email the problem was dealt with promptly and was solved totally exceeding our expectations. Communication was exemplary and with courtesy. To say we are delighted is an understatement. A massive thank you from us to all concerned.

Ordered two sun loungers, very quick delivery and great quality product.One lounger had a damaged end cap which was changed quickly and no fuss.Would recommend for quality and service.

Emailed a spare part query . It took 4 days to reply to but the ordering of , payment and delivery only took 2 days .Lovely lady on the end of the phone and super efficient warehouse chap too.Excellent all round service.Thank you X

Fantastic customer service from Alex. I was bought a Vicky sun lounger for my birthday in April and was very pleased with the quality and price. Unfortunately there was a problem with the backrest adjusters. Emailed with photos and have received replacements in less than a week. Very impressed!

Does the job for fair price and works even in UK. Make sure to install somewhere with decent sunlight. Built in photocell, pir and settings are good so only turns on when it's dark outside and detects movement. Only thing I would change is timer so it stays on for bit longer. Thanks

Absolutely love my new Siena sun loungers. Bought 3 for all the family and enjoyed the bank holiday sun relaxing in them with a G&T. Fantastic quality and I have already had so many compliments on how good they look!

Brilliant service from Jarder. Delivered next day. Easy to assemble. Excellent quality. Parasol can be rotated through switch on base and also inclined so it's very flexible.

I contacted Jarder looking for a replacement canopy for a cantilever parasol we bought from John Lewis years ago. I sent some photos and Alex suggested the Roma canopy. I ordered from Oli on Wednesday at 1045. The canopy arrived Thursday 1300 and was fitted an hour later, with only very minor modification. Great service, especially as we did not originally buy from them,
